DESCRIPTION
Psychosis Formatted is a band that fuses elements of trip-hop, drum'n'bass, synth-pop, ambient, down-tempo, classical and the industrial genre together. Just taking my stab at the industry. Mixing organic and synthetic sounds; trying to incorporate new elements to existing genres. Difinitely an amatuer still in the works of refining and open to collabration.
STYLES
I don't have a set preference, I just play what my ears like to hear. I've been told that my music is some sort of bastard child with more of a down-tempo and industrial preference. With my addiction to ambient pads and strings.
INFLUENCES
Cheii, VNV Nation, Bill Leeb, Rhys Fulber, Richard D. James, Assemblage 23, Hendrix, The Deftones, Project Pitchfork, Machine Head, Sarah Brightman, The Cars, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Smashing Pumpkins, The Cure, Satie, SpineShank, Fear Factory, Gridlock, Meshuggah, Switchblade Symphony, Massive Attack, A Perfect Circle, Jack Dangers, Static-X, The Birthday Massacre, Daniel Myer, In Strict Confidence...damn too many to list.

HISTORY
I've never really took my musical hobby seriously and I don't think I ever will. This is rather just an outlet. Starting with casio when I was about 13. Then moved on to a sampler and the "Music Generator." Which came with some rather interesting funny results. Now I've upgraded with some software and a workstation. Where it goes from here,...?

Daden (J. Arthur) (Me, myself and I..for now.)
INSTRUMENTS
Soft syths, a guitar, a lousy fx pedal, a sampler, a workstation and intuition
