DESCRIPTION
There's a change in the air of downtown Albuquerque. You can almost hear it when you close your eyes and listen closely. It’s melody, hooks and catchy guitar riffs. It's the pulse of edgy pop-rock sung with emotion and clarity. It's addictive hooks textured by crunchy guitars and pounding bass. It's songs that crawl in to your brain and burrow there. It's Audio Drain one of the newest additions to the growing roster of catchy, hook-laden rock and roll bands of the southwest.

REVIEWS
It seems like I’ve known all the members of Audio Drain (past and present) for a very long time now. Although this is technically a “new” band nearly all the members are veterans of the Albuquerque music scene. In its current form this band has risen from the ashes of the modern rock band Radio Jet and consists of Stefan Filer on bass, Shannon James on drums andSteven Phoenix on lead vocals and guitar. The past year saw the now defunct Radio Jet open for Sugar Ray on July 4th, headline the Alibi Fall Crawl at Brewsters and they were becoming regular fixtures at downtown venues. But the roots of Audio Drain go much deeper and I can remember where just about all of these guys got their start.
