Join the KUBATANA MARIMBA BAND, WAGOGO and the Historic El Rey Theater for a night of world music for a good cause.
Proceeds from this event benefit Tariro in Zimbabwe in their efforts to provide hope for Zimbabwe's orphans.
Founded in 2003, Tariro works in Zimbabwe to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS by educating young women. Located in the high-density neighborhood of Glen Norah in Harare, Tariro enables young women who have been orphaned by AIDS to complete a secondary school education, thereby dramatically reducing their risk of contracting HIV/AIDS.
Tickets will be available at the door the night of the show. Admission will be $10. Children will be allowed to attend with a parent. Children 11 years or younger will not be charged. | OTHER PERFORMERS
