DESCRIPTION
I batch uploaded 10 photos. As such, all the photos have the same information set in their fields. I noticed when viewing the photos that the caption I entered was not right, so I went in to edit the information for each of the 10 photos one by one. Editing the firsto ne worked, but when I tried to change the caption of the second image to the same thing, the site refused to update the information because this photo's information would be exactly the same as the first one. I ended up having to put a unique string (I used 1/10, 2/10, 3/10, etc) into one of the fields in order to change the captions of all 10 photos to the same thing.
Bottom line is that if I am allowed to batch upload a group of photos with the same information, then why after uploading, does the system not allow editing two photos to have the exact same information in all fields?
it would be cool if this restriction could be lifted. |
